Define the new layout

Consider circulation, door positions and the purpose of each room. The proposal must take account of existing installations and any restrictions affecting the building.

Coordinate services before closing surfaces

Electrical and plumbing routes, lighting positions and access points need to be agreed before boards and finishes conceal them.

Prepare for the final finish

Joints, surfaces and junctions influence later painting and decoration. Clarify the level of preparation and finishing included in the work.

Do you create suspended ceilings?

Yes, according to the project and the technical constraints of the existing space.

Can a wall simply be removed?

Its role and the applicable requirements must be established first. Do not assume that an existing wall is a non-structural partition.
